Sloane Carlisle Kratzman is photographer and creative consultant. 

A graduate of Brown University and the American University of Paris, her work draws on a multidisciplinary foundation spanning history, art, and cultural fluency. As a photographer, her practice explores the space between observation and participation, offering a nuanced view of identity and environment. Her images balance aesthetic clarity with depth and restraint, guided by a prevailing sense of sprezzatura.*

She works on personal and commissioned assignments worldwide. 

As a consultant, Kratzman brings experience across sport tech, luxury innovation, and early-stage ventures. She previously served as a primary client liaison for LVMH and L’Oréal R&I as a Project Manager at Sesamers, where she scouted startups at the intersection of luxury, emerging technologies, and advanced materials.This work fostered a deep understanding of early-stage companies across regions and industries.

Her consulting work combines strategic rigor with creative vision, spanning brand positioning, visual direction, and both short- and long-term creative partnerships, with an emphasis on coherence, clarity, and longevity.

Kratzman is also the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Race Committee, a luxury heritage lifestyle brand rooted in timeless sailing apparel, crafted for life on and off the water.

She is based between New York and Europe.
